The full "ballot papers" for the three constituencies that used electronic voting in the 2002 Dáil
Éireann election are available on the respective websites:

So far as I am aware these are the only reports of "full ranked ballots" from elections in Ireland
where STV-PR has been used for public elections since 1920.  Completed ballot papers are not
published from the STV-PR elections in Northern Ireland.
