Dear James Green-Armytage,

I don't consider AERLO, ATLO, approval cutoffs or ratings
promising. A voter needs a very deep understanding of the
counting process to be able to use these features in a
rational manner.

I don't consider two balloting systems or multi balloting
systems promising. Those who promote such systems only help
those who claim that Condorcet completion methods have a
problem when there is no Condorcet winner. Furthermore,
I believe that most voters will be annoyed when they have
to go to the polls several times to fill the same office.
