IRV meets Mono-add-top, meaning that adding new ballots with A as the
first preference can't make A lose. It seems a method meeting Schwartz
and Mono-add-top hasn't been discovered yet.
Later-no-harm is technically an advantage over Approval, one that gets
brought up quite a bit.
