Information that you gain about the other voters, their preferences, the 
liklihood of how they'll vote, etc., can change the probabilities on which 
you base your Approval strategy. But, when you change your Approval 
strategy, that doesn't change the fact that a CR election is equivalent to a 
series of identical Approval elections, as I discussed earlier, and that, 
therefore, your best CR strategy is to give maximum points to some 
candidates an minimum points to the rest.
