Yes, but no explanation.
 
There are "Condorcet-based" methods that can pick 5 different winners in a  
5-candidate race, depending upon how you determine "pairwise winner."
 
I'd be interested in a 12-word IRV explanation.... I don't think that's  
possible, either.
