[EM] Candidate Transfer

I would like to name the simplest version of Candidate Proxy "Candidate
Transfer."

In this version, at each stage of the proxy runoff, the remaining
candidate with the fewest votes (originals plus any transferred from other
candidates) must transfer them irrevocably to one of the other remaining
candidates. In other words, once you have transferred your votes, they do
not revert back to your control if the candidate that received them is
eliminated.

Eventually one candidate will end up with all of the votes.

[End of description of Candidate Transfer]

Now suppose that in the final stages of Candidate Transfer the three
remaining candidates were Bush, Kerry, and Nader with 35%, 32%, and 33%,
respectively.

Do you think that Kerry would transfer his votes to Nader or to Bush
(which one?).

It would surely reveal his true colors (whatever they might be).
