Dear election methods fans,

Is anyone here adept at creating preference rankings to fit a certain
pattern in a tournament matrix? Because I am not, and I would like to
become so. I am hoping that there is an easy way of doing it that I am not
aware of.

For example, let's say that I want to find a set of preference rankings
that will produce a pairwise matrix more or less like this:

A:B = 18:12
A:C = 22:8
A:D = 19:11
A:E = 10:20
B:C = 9:21
B:D = 25:5
B:E = 23:7
C:D = 6:24
C:E = 17:13
D:E = 16:14

Is it possible? If it is not possible with whole number votes, does it
become possible if fractional votes are used?
Actually, I don't need it to be exactly like this. Let's say that the
only things that I actually need to retain in the example we construct are
the directions and relative strength of the defeat.
That is, as C beats E in the above example, I would also want C to beat E
in the example we construct. And as C's defeat of E is stronger than D's
defeat of E in the above example, I would also want C's defeat of E to be
stronger than D's defeat of E in the example we construct. And so on...

Can anyone help me do this?

my best,
James Green-Armytage
