In an election comparing A with B and ignoring C  result A 501,  B 499

In an election comparing A with C and ignoring B  result A 498,  C 502

In an election comparing B with C and ignoring A  result B 497,  C 503

A beats B, C beats A , C beats B. In pairwise comparison C beats all other 
candidates and therefore is the winner.

How is this wrong ? 

By 498 AC I meant 498 voters ranked A 1st and C 2nd, 497 BC 497 ranked B 1st 
and C 2nd, 3CA 3 ranked C 1st and A 2nd, 2CB 2 ranked C 1st and B 2nd.

I put what I meant into the Condorcet calculator on your site with A as 0, B 
as 1 and C as 2 and option 2 (C) won under all three methods.

Considering what I wrote if this is wrong I'll have no shortage of answers.
