Okay, so that is interesting, that Bucklin could be
fixed just by permitting the same rank for multiple
candidates.
But, if Majority Choice Approval were permitted as
many rankings as Bucklin (i.e. same number of rankings
as there are candidates), I wonder if there would be
any strategy consideration of how other voters will
rank candidates.
Do you know of any reason for permitting Majority
Choice Approval exactly two ranks? Elegance?
