I made a brief mention of this April/May this year.  Generalised Bucklin 
(GB) is practically speaking the same as Median Rating.  The Median Rating 
is the rating at which 50% of voters did not rate any higher.

Also, are you sure that the strategies are only a little murky?  Let's 
say, for example, that there is a Median Rating vote taking place.  In 
this vote, 10 is the best score that a candidate can be given, while 0 is 
the worst.
