[EM] Ranked-pairs indetermination

I promised Adam to study truncation impact ove ranked pairs (wv) and
(rm).

First I need to know how we treat an indetermination.

With 3 candidates and 2 voters, who win(s) such cases:

A and BCA ?  Tie A=B or B wins?

A and BAC ? Tie A=B or A wins?

Do you obtain the same result with margins and winning votes and how
would you proceed ? Please give me some rules...
