I did a Google search for "true majority winner," and it seems to be mainly
used by IRV advocates to describe the candidate chosen by Instant Runoff
Voting, not by Approval advocates. In fact, it even shows up on what appears
to be Donald's own site at http://www.mich.com/~donald/single.html, in which
case he might be correct about what "true majority winner" really means,
just not on who is claiming it.
