D- Of course the so-called *standard of Irving* is one of the many pieces of 
absolute junk in election methods -- like plurality.

Donald just loves getting Irving false majorities.

How many HItler clones and Stalin clones will Irving elect ???

W may get 99 votes in a YES / NO vote.

With the now infamous Irving, the Hitler clone wins.  

Just swell  --- if you are a lover of Nazi death and destruction  -- possibly 
alternating with a Stalin clone and Communist death and destruction..

Some political morons (who have just *enough* simple math knowlege to be 
morons in higher math subjects) can never progress beyond their simple 
knowledge  --- like folks in the old days claiming that the planets and the 
Sun went around the Earth --- it looks like that every day.  

Reality --- the earth is spinning giving the above illusion with the planets 
in elliptical orbits around the sun.

Sorry Donald -- the *advanced math* of Condorcet exists --- just like the 
various conic formulas exist --- beyond simple circles.
