[EM] poor comment in my letter

I am in a hurry, and I inserted that after the link to electionmethods.org
because I didn't want the recipient to think that I was referring him to
my own writings, or take any implied credit.  Afterwards I realized that
an emphatic "NOT affiliated with" might imply disdain, scorn, etc.  None
intended, I assure you.  This is why I should never write in a hurry.
