I reply:

No, but my criteria don't require one. There are going to be
sincere votes and there are going to be insincere votes, in actual
elections. Whether or not we can determine a particular ballot's
sincerity in an actual election or not, we agree, I hope, that
it's better if voters aren't forced to bury their favorite.

The criteria that speak of sincere votes, talk about such things
as "...and if they vote sincerely". It's valid and useful to talk
about that whether or not we can test the voters with a lie-detector.
