Donald: I went back to the original `01' ballots (copy below) that I
received and the error is also there, so I would say we need to adjust to
the error by eliminating the second `07'.

Stéphane: "Would you have another example, maybe a little bit smaller, but
with a tight run between at least 2 or 3 candidates?"

Donald: Sorry, but I do not have another example.

Stéphane: "At this point Mr. Davison would declare Candidate 19 winner.  I
do not. If in every other districts other candidates of party 19 get better
results than this one (325 votes), thus this candidate is a lousy
representative of party 19 philosophy: he will not get elected."

Donald:  The Cambridge election is not a district type election, it is a
single area election.  The ballots are only one Ward of many in the city.

But if it were a district election, any candidate that won any district is
entitled to be the representative of the people of that district,
regardless of `party 19 philosophy'.

Below are copies of some of the 01 original ballots.  The last one contains
the error.
