[EM] The 9 ballots

There are only 8 ballots here. Is there one missing?

I've done a preliminary count of the results. This is based on cursory
glances and a few written notes so it might not be 100% accurate. Think of
it as an exit poll (as we wait on the official results).

Approval appears to be the voters choice winner. It is the Approval winner,
Condorcet winner, IRV winner, CR winner & plurality winner. Because of the
difficulties in calculating Borda with truncated ballots and equal rankings,
I didn't look at the Borda winner (but it's probably pretty safe to assume
that it's Approval).

I think the pure merit results are extactly the same.

Ranked Pairs(m), Cloneproof SSD, and Path Voting are generally the next
three favoured methods. Ranked Pairs comes second in IRV & plurality (both
counts) and approval & CR (as a public proposal). Cloneproof SSD comes
second in CR (pure merit). Ranked Pairs and Path Voting are very close in
the Condorcet methods, and there is a 4 way tie for 2nd place in pure merit
approval (with ACC).

Here are the 9 ballots in the voting systems poll.

I've written the voter's name at the top of each ballot, though
some voters identified themselves within the ballot message, or at
the end, with a signature.

I separate the different people's ballots with long dotted lines, like
this:

The 1st column is for rank number. The 2nd column is for Approval votes.
The 3rd column is for CR ratings. I suggest that we consider
the CR balloting to be an honor system in which we rate sincerely,
to the best of our knowledge. An easy way to do that is to ask
how big the merit differences are among the various alternatives in
your ranking. Your favorite is automatically 10 or 100. Rate the
others according to how good they are with respect to that. Or, as
I suggested, rate them according to how big you feel the merit differences
are among your ranked alternatives.
