D- For offices such as U.S.A. President, a State governor or a major city
mayor there WILL BE *accurate* polling information.
ALL methods have *strategy*/ *gameplaying* problems with 3 or more choices.
Is a single winner *tolerable* (i.e. can he/she get a YES majority vote) ???
A *world dictator* is not (yet, at least) being elected by ANY method (in
connection with various alleged horrors about getting a *weak* Condorcet
Winner).
