Look at how much effort it's taken to create even a small
interest in IRV.  Technology is like an analgesic; take it
and forget the problem.  It will be hard to get anyone to
move beyond the technological fix; this is an aspect of
election reform not yet adequately addressed.  With all of
the hype about election reform, the Jimmy & Jerry commission
just wrote down what everyone was already saying.
