[EM] Britannica search for "Condorcet"

It looks like Britannica.com is archiving several magazines and journals a
little off of the beaten path.  As a result, doing searches there is very
interesting.  There's an article in _Mathematics Teacher_ titled "Will the
best candidate win?" and an article in _Independent Review_ about the
annexation of Texas and an attempt to find the Condorcet-winning proposal.

The _Mathematics_Teacher_ article is interesting to call out in its own
right, because it not only provides an introduction on various voting
systems, it provides suggestions on how to teach the important concepts 
to math students:
