Voters' sincere preference rankings:

125: ABBcC
100: BBcCA
140: CBBcA

Actual rankings, Act I:

84: ABBcC
41: BcABC
70: BBcCA
30: BcBCA
140: CBBcA

B gets eliminated & tranfers to Bc, who then eliminates A,
who then transfers to Bc. Bc wins.

Actual rankings, Act II:

This time, one of the 30 BcBCA voters decides to become principled.
What does he get for it? He gets a worse result, someone whom he
likes less than Bc--he gets his last choice. Here are the rankings
when that voter becomes principled and changes from BcBCA to
BBcCA:

84: ABBcC
41: BcABC
71: BBcCA
69: BcBCA
140:CBBcA

Now Bc gets eliminated, giving his votes back to A & B. Then B
gets eliminated, & transfers to C, who wins.
