ABC is standard shorthand for A>B>C

Thus-

35 ABC

34 BCA

31 CAB

means
66 A over B 34
35 A over C 65
69 B over C 31

producing the table (left column over top row - more standard shorthand on
this list for years).

In general, see (as I have mentioned about 5 times on this list) Condorcet's
Theory of Voting by H.P. Young, 82 American Political Science Review 1231
(1988) in which Prof. Young brings up his interpretation of Borda versus
Condorcet math in France in the 1780's.

All methods with 3 or more choices have math problems regarding sincere
versus strategic (i.e. lying) votes.

I mention again that (A) an election is held for a time period using the
votes as cast once (i.e. not multiple replays of an election with added or
dropped choices or voters) and (B) anything to get rid of simple plurality
voting must be rather simple in order to get adopted by the People.

Various high power math formulas are totally beyond the comprehension of 99
plus percent of the population.
