Any comments on their definition of majority?  A "simple majority" is
a plurality.  An "absolute majority" is more than half of the votes. 
No definition is given for "majority" if it is unmodified by either of
these terms.

Personally, I define a "majority" as more than half, and an "absolute
majority" as more than half of those eligible to vote.  

I have seen these terms used both ways.
