Truncating Condorcet's Ballots??

So until then, or until Donald comes up with a reasoned argument to 
support his assertion, we can hope he will stop repeating the 
assertion.   It's quite antisocial to repeat something which has been 
rebutted, unless the rebuttal is itself rebutted.
