I most surely did not say that each voter has only 1 vote. How could
he/she have just 1 vote & still cast votes between several pairs of
candidates? You've already interepreted my words in a way that
inverts their obvious literal meaning.

I clearly was talking about votes between pairs of candidates. You
have somehow changed that to 1st choice totals.

And you've also missed another phrase in what I said: 
"reliably-counted". If I've ranked David Peron over Gray Davis, and
Gray Davis over Dan Lundgren, and (hypothetically) Davis gets fewest
1st choice votes, & so you eliminate him, then my vote for Davis
over Lundgren is no longer counted. That isn't what we call
"reliably-counted".

That's spelled "Borda", not "Broda". Only Condorcet(EM), among those
3 you list, fulfills my words. Your interpretation of my words is
something of yours that bears no resemblence to my words.
