Dear Mike O,

     Welcome Back!

     I liked what you said when you wrote: "The Lesser-of-Two-Evils problem
is gotten rid of when we can cast a full-strength, reliably-counted vote
for Favorite over everything, & also for our "lesser-evil(s) over our lasts
choice." I plan to use this as a quote on my web site.

     Allow me to give my interpertation of what your words mean to me.

     Each voter is to have only one vote and that vote belongs to the
Favorite of the voter and shall stay with the Favorite for as long as the
Favorite is a contender. In the event the Favorite is no longer a contender
the vote is transferred to the next ranked choice of the voter.

     Now I realize that you and some others may not accept my
interpertation, but for those that do, it follows that my interpertation is
only satisfied by the single seat method known as Choice Runoff(aka Instant
Runoff).

     One of the faults of the ABC methods(Approval, Broda, Condorcet) is
that they do not fulfill this interpertation of your words.
