How to unsubscribe from election-methods-list

Usually the "welcome message" which is automatically sent to new 
subscribers contains the instructions on how to unsubscribe.

I think what will work for election-methods-list is for you to send 
the following:
---------------------------------------
   To:       election-methods-list-request at eskimo.com
   Subject:  unsubscribe

   [message body not needed]
---------------------------------------

The maillist used to be served by "majordomo" software, which used a 
different message pattern for subscribing and unsubscribing.
