CV&D Questionnaire

A questionnnaire just sent out to Center for Voting and Democracy members
asks some election related questions having  various answers and desires a
rank order (1, 2, etc.) for the answers.  

Single winner fans-- questionnnaire question 4 is "What other reforms would
you like CV&D to pursue ?" with one of the answers being "Reforms in
single-winner elections".
