Regarding Kevin's puzzling statement:

I'd like to add that SFC is about not needing to use anything, not needing 
to do anything other than sincerely vote all of one's pairwise preferences. 
So if Kevin says "You don't need to 'use' it", meaning to use any strategy, 
then I agree.
