I like computer software.
Does anyone have anything that, say, makes every collection of 100 ranked
ballots of three candidates, throw them against 20 election methods, and
see, for instance...
What % of the time the Condorcet winner is the winner, if one exists?
How few vote changes would change the result? (possibly interesting?)
and the like?
