Needless to say, what I say in this letter is in addition to my
other objections to IRV, which mostly involve criterion failures.
Criterion failures caused by IRV's ignorant piecemeal way of
looking at the ballots.

D- For about the 5th time- IRV fan(atic)s ignore the existance of the head to
head table (noted to exist by Mr. Condorcet) --- almost like ignoring the
various conic sections that exist in addition to the simple circle ---
mathematically very defective.
There is an obvious way to show majority support for a choice-- vote YES or
NO on such choice (regardless of any other choices that may exist).
Many political problems exist in legislative body elections in the U.S.A.
even with the manufactured de facto majorities resulting from the use of
plurality (combined with the numerous gerrymanders).
Each winner has delusions that he/she is the legislative *king/queen* of
HIS/HER election area- district, State, whatever.
IRV would make such delusions in the brains of the IRV winners even worse (if
that is possible).
