I shared here my <a href="https://electowiki.org/wiki/Iterated_Bucklin">Iterated Bucklin</a> count, which is the lovechild of Bucklin and
IRV and can be thought of as a way to do IRV without any eliminations.

one could maybe have Warren or Meek STV where you “elect” n candidates and
eliminate the candidate with a keep value of 100% at each step. Repeat until
you have a winner. I understand this involves eliminations but I think the way
it goes about it takes care of the worst issues people have with IRV
eliminating candidates.</span></p>
