<p dir="ltr">One statement I left out of the CD definition was that the C voters vote C overĀ  A & B. But I think that's understood.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Referring to that definition:</p>
<p dir="ltr">We can call the U/P ratings top, bottom & middle. A middle rating just means neither a disqualification vote nor a preference vote.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Say the C voters bottom vote A & B.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Say the A & B voters bottom-vote C.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Say the A voters middle-rate B.</p>
<p dir="ltr">...& the B voters bottom-vote A.</p>
<p dir="ltr">All of that is consistent with CD's premise.</p>
<p dir="ltr">B is the only candidate not bottom voted (disqualified) by a majority. B wins. CD's requirement isn't met.</p>
