<p dir="ltr">Today I told how the B voters can betray in U/P. </p>
<p dir="ltr">They can do the same thing in MMPO & ICT:</p>
<p dir="ltr">They can rank C over A.  ...and thereby win.</p>
<p dir="ltr">CD's premise doesn't exclude that.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Change CD to condone that? What would be the point? The betrayal would still be there.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Maybe there could be a weak CD, but it wouldn't mean much.</p>
