Approval Voting can be used with Candidate rank order lists for executive/judicial offices.<BR>

Candidates rank order the other candidates and file a public list before the election day.<BR>

IF more candidates get YES Approval Votes from the Voters than the number to be elected, then the rank order lists would be used to eliminate losers (rather than having the lowest YES person(s) lose).<BR>

Short Example - elect a Guv - 100 Voters<BR>

A and B have YES majorities.<BR>

Votes for all Losers shift left.<BR>

i.e. the minority would likely vote for the lesser of the evils -- again for executive / judicial offices.<BR>

Head to Head math or N-1 columns math in larger elections.<BR>
