The ANTI-Democracy minority rule gerrymander CRISIS in the U.S.A. is N-O-W.

Advanced head to head Condorcet math for legislative body elections will have to wait a bit due to the LOW-LOW-LOW math in the U.S.A. politics.

Remember every soul who got killed/injured fighting the DEVIL monarchs/ oligarchs since 19 Apr 1775 (Battles of Lexington and Concord) -- King George III, the 1861 slavery oligarchs, Kaiser Bill, Hitler- Hirohito- Mussolini, etc.

IRV [in Sec. D.] is much less defective for legislative body elections - party hack candidates with some brain cells will vote for a fellow party hack as long as possible - with likely pre-election party coalition deals regarding marginal votes.

I estimate that the smallest party would have a voting power of about 30 percent / Total Seats--- i.e. example - 100 seats = 0.3 percent.

The Sun will continue to rise when ALL voters have *some* REAL indirect representation.
