I adjusted the description of the process on the <a href="http://wiki.electorama.com/wiki/SODA_voting_(Simple_Optionally-Delegated_Approval)">SODA page</a> to integrate two of the minor "optional rules" (slightly modified) and discard the third optional rule. Thus there is now only one official version of SODA.<div>
