<HTML><PRE><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica>Is anyone familiar enough with Kenya's electoral system to have an opinion 

about its role, if any, in fostering the violence that has followed the recent 

disputed election and whether a better system or better election methods would 

have made such violence less likely? Also, is the situation in Kenya at all 

comparable to the disputed presidential election in Mexico in 2006?
