South Pacific School of Law is organising an international conference "Political
Culture, Representation and Electoral Systems in the Pacific" from July
10th-July 12th. It will be held in Port Vila, Vanuatu (a small democracy next to
Fiji). Deadline for the submission of short presentation abstracts is March
