James, I've checked your calculations and they are correct. <BR>

Whilst Condorcet Loser Elimination's lack of monotonicity is not a great concern to me ( I don't believe that monotonicity is the be all and end all of an electoral system) the fact that it can produce results different to sequential STV is rather disappointing.<BR>

It was a simpler method than SSTV or CPO-STV and one of the problems with alternatives to "the eliminate the lowest" rule of STV is that they tend to be complex.<BR>
