<P>Where one of my SFC wordings & one of my GSFC wordings, and my version of</P>

<P>Condorcet's Criterion & similar criteria stipulate that someone votes sincerely, the word</P>

<P>"completely" should replace the word "sincerely".</P>

<P>As 3 people have pointed out, there's nothing insincere about leaving a</P>

<P>sincere preference unvoted. That's because, by the usual definition of sincerity, it</P>

<P>isn't insincere to not say anything or to not answer.</P>

<P>So then, complete voting shouldn't be part of a definition of sincere voting. </P>

<P>I emphasize that, still, my initial definition of sincere voting works in my criteria, and</P>
