Given how the top-two Approval Primary effort in Seattle (2022) was
hijacked and then derailed into RCV instead, I'm not surprised by the
result. FairVote and RCV advocates appear to view all larger West Coast
cities as their territory, and will fight tooth and nail to defeat any
alternatives.
