[EM] 28 years of progress and a wakeup call

goddammit!  I wish this list server would put solely the EM list in the ReplyTo: header and when I hit reply, I want my reply to go to the list.  If I want to reply to some specific people, I can manually do that.

What are you talking about?  Each voter scores their favorite candidate with a 5, the max.  Their least favorite candidate with a 0, the min.  Their lesser-of-evils candidate with a 1, which for STAR ostensibly seems logical (I know that Score is different) because it's just enough for their contingency vote to count fully in the STAR runoff if it's needed.  But there is nothing that says that these cannot be sincere scores.

I don't go for "proofs" based on simulations.  Nor on assumptions of human behavior.
