The idea of repeating the game and seeing what is a more successful
strategy over time seems related tovoting system metrics such as Bayesian
Regret and Voting System Efficiency (VSE): given the strategic behavior of
a voting method, what voting strategy should a faction adopt based on the
previous behavior of other factions they might join with through a
coalition (lower ranking)? And which voting methods reward more
cooperative and generous voting strategies?
