[EM] Progressive voting in RCV, & RCV properties

The progressives, & everyone who voted to enact RCV, intend to & will rank
sincerely.

They aren’t going to insincerely too-rank a despicable “lesser”-evil, whom
they dislike.

Of course they’ll rank LE over GE. Why not? RCV meets Later-No-Harm.

..in addition to Later-No-Help.

…& no Chicken m-Dilemma.    ….& no offense-strategy whatsoever.
