This is hand computation friendly.

1. Find the mid range Nominal Favorability Score.as half way between the
two most extreme scores.

2. Eliminate all candidates with Sub. Midrange Favorability.

3. Update the scores among the remaining candidates.

4. Repeat steps one through three until only one candidate remains.

5. If the remaining candidate X is not pairbeaten elect it ... Else

6. Elect the candidate with the most candidate losing votes against X.

7. Optionally ...elect the winner of a sincere runoff between  the
candidate with most losing votes against X, and the candidate with the most
winning votes against  X.
