bouncing messages, it may be that the list server software (mailman
<http://list.org/>) is not configured to handle cryptographic signing of
messages (DKIM <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail>).
The different ways that that can be handled are described at
https://wiki.list.org/DEV/DKIM.

There is also guidance from other folks who have run into the same problem,
findable via search engines.
