[EM] Marketplace's "Make Me Smart" may be highlighting "liquid democracy"

In the listener questions section this week of Marketplace's "Make Me
Smart", at the 35m36s point, the hosts field a question about
Duverger's Law and 3rd parties.  They admit that Duverger's is new to
them, but Kai Ryssdal does rattle off "first past the post" and talks
about ranked voting:
