[EM] Electowiki account

I applied a while ago and eventually got accepted, but I still can't make edits. I don't have the correct authorisation.

Tried the "Request account" link in September, got 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ObjectCache::getLocalClusterInstance() in /home/electowiki/wiki.electorama.com/w-1.26/extensions/ConfirmAccount/business/AccountRequestSubmission.php on line 72

Tried again 2 months later, got an email to confirm my email address.  Confirmed it.  Nothing else has happened for a month.  

Is anyone out there?
