[EM] Condorcet methods - should the cycle order always determine the result order?

For rank choice ballots, the Bucklin method is my favorite, at least
for single winner elections, because it is much fairer in its
treatment of ballots than IRV,... I.e. Bucklin is Not sequential
elimination and looks at *all* voters' choices at the same level(s).
I see the Bucklin method came out on top (most "North") and centered
in the analysis below. Unfortunately, the LWV, NYS is currently still
pushing for IRV voting, which, I believe, poses a great threat to the
integrity and fairness of elections, creating more problems than it
solves as compared to Plurality.
Question: Hasn't the Bucklin method unfortunately been decided
unConstitutional by a US federal court recently? If so, what are the
chances of overturning the court's decision?
